Return/Cancellation policy
We offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange policy of all items purchased on the purchase price only. No Refunds on Shipping. After 30 days, all defective item requests should be submitted to Single Mailing Label in writing to EasyLabel@SingleMailingLabel.com Refunds and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns are only accepted with a confirmed RMA# issued by Single Mailing Label.
Shipping policy
We ship all orders VIA UPS Ground. We charge a flat rate of $5.50 per order shipped, regardless of quantity to the 48 states in the Continental US. Extra shipping charges will occur for shipments made outside the 48 states in the Continental US. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of Receipt of Payment. All Texas shipping locations will be charged Texas Sales Tax at the rate of 8.25%.
